Training
All ICG employees are given extensive training in ICG’s methods of teaching. Each ICG instructor studies and rigorously practices ICG’s pedagogy for SAT, ACT, and other standardized test preparation. Our instructors are similarly trained and skilled at teaching subject-specific courses. The training continues through each instructor’s employment with professional development offered by the ICG management team.
Selection of our Instructors
ICG selects instructors from top-tiered colleges who are experienced educators. Our tutors have dedicated their lives to teaching, and have earned Master’s Degrees or PhD's in education and other specialized academic fields. They are versatile scholars who can teach multiple subjects and standardized tests. Moreover, our instructors are well-rounded and emotionally intelligent people who are committed to creating compassionate relationships with their students as mentors and role models.
Special Education
Many ICG instructors are professional educators with Master's Degrees in Education; they are thus trained in special education, and have the ability to provide differentiated instruction that comprehensively meets the individual needs of our learning disabled students.
